Our Story
1-800-AUTO-TOW didn’t start in a tech office or a venture-capital pitch meeting. It started on the roads of Oklahoma. The Brown family spent over 25 years in the towing and roadside assistance industry — dispatching tow trucks, taking 2 a.m. calls from stranded drivers, handling accident scenes, dead batteries, and vehicles stuck on muddy county roads. They lived the business from the ground up.
Over those years, they saw the same problem again and again: drivers who needed help had no way to compare their options.
